We are a dynamic and diverse networking group that fosters meaningful connections and professional growth. We meet every second Thursday at The Old School (Aylesham Community Trust) in Aylesham at 8 a.m.

Manse Designs Ltd offers Architectural Services. We are able to offer services for both Planning and Building Regulations. We are able to produce details and submit applications to Local Planning Authority for extension and new builds, which may including full planning application, variation of conditions and also approval of conditions. We can also advise on your permitted development rights and if you would require planning permission.
We have a very sound understanding of Building Regulations and can produce the details and applications required for Local Authority Building Control or an Approved Inspector. These details would include a full set of working drawings.
